Check your pets' health

WORKSOP is the next stop for the PDSA PetCheck vehicle, which is touring the UK on a mission to improve the health of the nation's pets.

The PDSA PetCheck vehicle will be at the National Trust Clumber Park on Friday August 24 from 10am to 5pm.

On offer will be free health checks to dogs, plus advice on the care of other popular household pets, such as cats and rabbits.

On board, PDSA veterinary staff will examine the general health of canine visitors checking their weight, teeth, eyes and condition of their coat.

For safety reasons, only dogs can be brought along to the PetCheck vehicle, but advice from PDSA veterinary nurses is also available on other popular pet species.
