The seizure was one of the policing successes in Burngreave and Pitsmoor last week as neighbourhood officers took advantage of the warm weather to hit the streets to tackle organised crime and other issues of concern in the neighbouring communities.
Three arrests were made following major disorder and linked incidents, one suspected drug dealer was arrested and a man was arrested after being found carrying a knuckle duster.

The Sheffield North East neighbourhood policing team said: “Officers took full advantage of the fine weather, getting out and about disrupting organised crime and tackling the issues you tell us are affecting you.
“As well as this list of positive results, officers have been involved in much more preventive and detection activities which are impossible to quantify, such as community engagement, crime prevention advice, reassurance visits, school visits and house to house enquiries.
“All this work comes from our close working relationship we have with the community, local businesses and partner agencies and we need that to continue for years to come. As always, if you feel there is an issue there we need to be tackling or need to be aware please don't hesitate to contact us via the numerous available platforms.”
