All of the 13 criminals pictured here have been sentenced for offences relating to knife crime during recent hearings held at Sheffield Crown Court.
A number of them have been sentenced for murder, after subjecting their victim to a fatal stabbing.
Some offenders admitted to their crimes, while others were found guilty after a trial.
The length of prison term for those included ranges from 20 months to 25 years, with sentences totalling 119 years exactly.
1. Tony Cain: Jailed for 20 months after stabbing man in the bottom
Tony Cain, 20, was sent to begin a 20-month prison sentence on March 4, 2022, after he admitted to stabbing a man in the bottom during an attack at a Sheffield park
During a hearing held at Sheffield Crown Court, the court heard how Cain, 20, of Emerson Crescent, Parson Cross, carried out the stabbing and brought the knife to the scene.
He was charged with wounding, which he pleaded guilty to at an earlier hearing. Cain was sentenced along with Leon Moore and Lee South for the group attack that was carried out in November 2019. Moore, 21, of Haunchwood Road, Nuneaton and South, 22, of Scraith Wood Drive, Shirecliffe, were sentenced to six months in prison, suspended for two years, and ordered them to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and a 25-day rehabilitation activity requirement. 2. Olaf Nazim: Thug jailed for 10 years over Meadowhall stabbing
Olaf Nazim, aged 45, of Harrowden Road, at Tinsley, Sheffield, has been handed an extended sentence of 10 years after he slashed a man in the street and stabbed him at Sheffield’s Meadowhall shopping centre in September 2021. During a hearing held in June 2022, Sheffield Crown Court was told how Nazim pleaded guilty to attempting to cause grievous bodily harm, causing wounding, causing damage, and to two counts of possessing an offensive weapon at an earlier hearing. 3. Isaac Ramsey and Ruben Monero: Duo jailed over death of man killed at Sheffield house party
Isaac Ramsey (left) and Ruben Monero were jailed in July 2021 over the death of Marcus Ramsay in Sheffield.
Mr Ramsay, aged 35, was stabbed to death in an attack in Firth Park just after midnight on Saturday, August 8, 2020.
He was knifed through his heart while trying to protect his own brother.
Ruben Moreno, now 19, was convicted of murder and his co-defendant, Isaac Ramsey, also 19, was found guilty of manslaughter after a trial earlier last year.
The pair were sentenced at Sheffield Crown Court with both brothers jailed for life, with Moreno ordered to serve a minimum of 18 years behind bars and Ramsey jailed for a minimum of 14 years. Photo: SYP
4. Franklin Tomlinson: 30 months' custody for defendant who stabbed man with Stanley knife
Pictured is Franklin Tomlinson, aged 61, of no fixed address, who has previous convictions, admitted unlawful wounding at Sheffield Crown Court in February 2021. Tomlinson stabbed another male with a Stanley knife on March 15, according to the court. Paul Buckley, defending, said it is difficult living on the streets and Tomlinson's father had recently passed away.
