Sheffield Magistrates' Court: Latest round-up including indecent exposure and stealing Apple items worth £1K

These are the latest cases heard at Sheffield Magistrates' Court heard between October 16 and October 20, 2023.

The following sentenced have been passed:

Driving offences

Muhammad Quershi, 46, of Carwood Grove; drink driving (twice the limit); fined £200, surcharge £80, costs £85, disqualified for three months.

Martin Francis, 44, of Hallside Court; speeding (57mph in a 50mph); fined £70, surcharge £28, three points.

Mohammed Asam, 40, of Pickard Crescent; speeding (60mph in a 50mph area); fined £40, surcharge, £16, costs £110, three minutes.

Ibrahim Hoonaishi, 31, of Bramham Court; speeding (54mpg in a 30mph area); fined £184, surcharge £74, costs £110, six points.

Xhoni Pekeshka, 26, of Castle Street; driving without insurance; fined £100, surcharge £264, costs £90, disqualified for six months.

Arban Nistor, 25, of Fitzwilliam Street; driving while using a mobile phone; fined £220, surcahrge £88, costs £110, disqualified for six months.

Samuel Gbenga Zannu, 31, of Firth Park Road; speeding (35mph in a 30mph area); fined £70, surcharge £28, three points.

Sexual offences

Hassan Muhidin Moalin, 30, of Winacre Close; indecent exposure; 18 weeks prison, pay £200 compensation.

Theft

Daisy Parker-Barrett, 37, of Wostenholm Road; stole baby clothes worth £97; conditional discharge, surcharge £26.

Two youths, both aged under 16, who cannot be named; robbed person of their iPhone worth £250; both to pay £5 compensation, surcharge £26, costs £85, payable by parents.

Beka Macharashiui, 32, of Wellbeck Court, London; theft of £850 of Apple brand items in Sheffield; conditional discharge, pay £850 compensation.

Giorgi Obgaidza, 32, of Brigstock Road, Thornton Heath; stole £1,036 of Apple brand items in Sheffield; conditional discharge for 12 months, pay compensation £1,036.

Violent, abusive or harassment-related offences

Morgan Lapper, 24, of Callow Place; assault of emergency worker, destroyed rear window of car, damaged bedroom furniture; community order, pay £100 compensation, surcharge £114, costs £300.
