A man tried to escape via the roof when police raided a cannabis farm in Sheffield.

Cops battered down the door at two properties on Popple Street, in Page Hall, yesterday, discovering ‘substantial’ drugs dens at both addresses.
Officers said: “It must have been quite the fright for one chap who thought that leaving the property via the roof would be a better idea!”
They added that the man ‘didn’t get very far’ before being arrested along with one other person.
