Dispute between Cliff Richard and BBC over South Yorkshire Police raid reaches final stage

Sir Cliff is suing the BBC for a breach of privacy over the raid in August 2014 and is calling for damages at the 'top end' of the scale.

Mr Justice Mann, who is overseeing the case, is due to start considering barristers' closing legal arguments today.

Sir Cliff is not expected to be at the hearing.
