The emergency services have been called out a busy Sheffield roundabout today, after a pedestrian was hit by a car near a busy city roundabout.
The incident took place near to Hunter’s Bar roundabout, off Ecclesall Road, earlier today (Saturday, June 10, 2023).
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police confirmed that a 29-year-old pedestrian was hit by a car.
The Yorkshire Ambulance Service were called out to the scene, and have been contacted for more information.
Motorists travelling on Ecclesall Road experienced delays, following the crash.
