Monstrous machines have gouged grass

I personally spend time cutting my own grass verge as I don’t want my front and drive strewn in grass clippings.

They leave it all over the freshly asphalted pavements and roads. The grates are all blocked as the council don’t have the gumption to do anything about it as the grass clippings spew out of the back of the mowers.

Furthermore, the grass gets stuck to the wheels of the mowers and when they cross over to wreak havoc across the street the grass gets trailed onto the road and when it rains there is a small channel of rainwater, grass clippings and mud oozing down the road.

My neighbour’s grass verge, further down the road, has evolved into a sea of mud and slurry as the blade settings on the mowers are too low and the monstrous machines have gouged all the grass and mud out.

They leave the edges looking like a bad trip to the barbers as they don’t even attempt to cut them or the grass around the trees.

I have no idea why they waste their time and our taxpayers’ money.
