No water forpregnant mum
A PREGNANT mum fears for the health of her baby after three months without fresh water at her Barnsley home.
Elizabeth Hall, who is seven months pregnant, and her family drink only bottled water after being given a supply by Yorkshire Water while it conducts further tests on the discoloured supply.
Elizabeth and her husband Gareth, of Uplands Avenue, Kexborough, first noticed the problem 12 weeks ago and contacted Yorkshire Water.
The firm took samples on July 19 and informed them the water was within regulatory requirements for contamination.
But as a precaution it has refurbished the mains pipe.
