Open house at cemetery
AN OPEN day is taking place at Sheffield's City Road cemetery and crematorium.
During the event, between 10am and 4pm on Saturday, staff will be demonstrating memorial safety equipment and talking about the challenges they face in terms of grave digging and grounds maintenance.
Coun Mary Lea, Sheffield Council cabinet member for sustainable environment, said: "Our award winning bereavement services staff will be on hand to talk through the work that they do.''
