Join forces to help Kat race to become motorbike star

Sheffield student Kat Sanderson and her MotoKat Racing Team took part in last weekend's very first Sheffield City Centre Motorshow. The free event, organised by Sheffield City Council, transformed the city centre into a giant display area for a mix of vehicles. The event was held in scorching conditions and attracted 25,000 more visitors into the city centre than on a normal Sunday.

Kat was representing the racing world with her Aprilia RS250 race machine. Lots of people young and old had their chance to sit on the bike for photos and learn more about Kat's racing and Japanese University studies. Kat also displayed a new Aprilia RS125 road legal race replica on behalf of one of her local sponsors and Sheffield Aprilia dealer, HMC Motorcycles Sheffield. Gilder Van Centre provided Kat with a new VW Transporter van as part of their campaign to help Kat reach her full potential.

Kat took this opportunity to thank all of her product sponsors, which include Gilder Van Centre, Arai Helmets Europe, Dainese D-store Manchester, Loafhair.com of Woodseats, ABGraphics.co.uk, Malin Motor Bodies, Imajez.com, HMC Motorcycles of Attercliffe, Hein Gericke of Fitzalan Square, MotoRACE bodyworx.com and bikeit.co.uk.
