The church only offers misleading platitudes

Both the ban on cigarette smoke and the cloud of smog worldwide; (though less obvious) provide an opportunity for the following words of Christ to be aired from the pulpit: “Listen and understand. What goes into a man’s mouth does not make him unclean, (causes all ills and disease) but what comes out of his mouth, that is what makes him unclean.

“For out of the mouth come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. These are what make man unclean.”

Christ was referring to much more than the evil within man’s spiritual aspect, whereas, the church can only offer platitudes due to its misleading doctrine.
