Skyline Festival Sheffield: Photos of clubbers at sell-out event as new date announced for later this month

Look back at photos from Skyline’s previous sell-out events as organisers announce the date for a new day and night festival later this month.

After seven consecutive sold-out events at Peddlers Warehouse since their launch in April 2022, Skyline Festival returns with their biggest event yet on Saturday, July 15.

Across four stages at FØRGE and Southbank Warehouse, on Effingham Road, Skyline will showcase a wide-range of musical genres across its four stages, from Tech-House & Disco to RnB & Hip-Hop. The vast majority of the line-up is composed of local DJs and artists, and the organisers, Phil McCue and Simon Tomlinson, say the goal of the event is to promote the ‘best up-and-coming talent the Steel City has to offer’.

The new main stage at FØRGE is twice the size of anything they’ve had previously, and they’re bringing in ex-Gatecrasher lighting techs to curate stunning laser shows, pyrotechnics and confetti airbursts.

Event decor will be installed by the team of genius visual architects behind Elrow, Creamfields and Boomtown festivals, who will be completely transforming the venues into ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’. With the event starting at 3pm, ravers can enjoy 13 hours of partying through the day and night.

For those who have made it to one of the previous events, don’t be fooled into thinking it will be more of the same. In an interview with Exposed, co-organiser Phil said: “Since the very first Skyline we’ve always tried to introduce something new at every event, and it’s no different this time around.”

Ticket prices for the 18+ event start at £10 and can be purchased by clicking here.

Alternatively, the Skyline team have also partnered with Tickets for Good to offer free tickets to NHS staff, medical students, charity workers and volunteers. These tickets can be accessed here for NHS staff and medical students and here for charity workers.
