Police operation in Sheffield suburb linked to man's death in Chesterfield
Derbyshire Police confirmed that activity on Beaver Hill Road in Woodhouse was connected to the death of 35-year-old Darren Broadbent, of Thorntree Court, Grangewood.
He was found dead at his home on Monday morning around 8.40am.

Hide AdDerbyshire Police, assisted by officers from South Yorkshire, were seen at a property near to the junction with Badger Road in Woodhouse on Monday at around 5.30pm.
A Derbyshire Police spokesman said teams were dispatched to ‘investigate a line of enquiry’ but would not say if anyone had been arrested as part of the operation.
An eyewitness said that detectives and officers in ‘white suits’ had been seen at the property yesterday evening and had stayed throughout the night.
A Derbyshire Police spokesman said: “An investigation is ongoing into the circumstances surrounding Mr Broadbent’s death and anyone with information is asked to contact us on 101 quoting incident number 130 of August 1.”
