The two to four bedroom homes are part of a nationwide plan to provide more than 570 new homes across six developments by Vistry Partnership.

Planning documents state: “The site is approximately 1.25 ha in size and islocated to the north of High Street. The site comprises a field which is largely overgrown, containing trees and scrub.

“There is currently no vehicular access to the site although the existing planning permission includes a new vehicular and pedestrian access from High Street .”
