Members of the TA will also be on hand to answer questions from the public about the truck and the army.

The event, hosted by Sheffield Council and MoorSheffield in the Peace Gardens, will also welcome the council's road safety team which will promote new safe driving initiatives.

Coun Bryan Lodge, cabinet member for transport and streetscene, said: "The City Centre Motor Show should prove a great day out for the family with a chance to see rare and vintage vehicles. There is also a chance to find out more about green motoring such as bio fuel, car share and car club schemes already operating both in the council and across the city."

The event, on Sunday, runs between 11am and 4pm.
