Sheffield United: Late fitness check for Billy Sharp ahead of Bury trip
Sharp was left out of the win over former club Doncaster Rovers on Saturday due to a long-standing foot problem.
Speaking to the media at lunchtime on Monday, Blades boss Nigel Adkins admitted it would be a late call if the striker was to feature at Gigg Lane but added he was hopeful.
"Billy will hopefully be closer tomorrow," Adkins said.

Sharp is the Blades' leading scorer this term having netted 14 goals.
Youngsters Che Adams and Dominic Calvert-Lewin started in attack for United against Doncaster.
