John Cook: “It has cost taxpayers a small fortune to try to protect the reputation of a few inept/incapable senior officers!

“Hope they go to prison, lose their pensions and are sued to get some of this back. All that supported them, including the lawyers and the union should also be made to repay the taxpayer! There is no way of getting back the grief they have caused unfortunately!

“Yvonne Jackson Should have owned up in the first place and saved the families of the deceased all of this heartache and saved millions of pounds”
