Motorists travelling on the M1 in Sheffield this afternoon are experiencing delays, following a crash on the stretch of motorway.
The collision took place on Junction 34 of the M1 in Sheffield earlier today (Saturday, July 8, 2023).
Traffic is building in the area as a consequence, with the disruption expected to clear by 1.15pm, according to estimates from National Highways.
There are also further delays on the M1 southbound between Junctions 33 and 32, caused by a broken down vehicle.
South Yorkshire Police has been asked to provide more information on the collision.
