Video: Do you know any of the 1,000 runners in this 10K?
Around 1,000 runners braved a blustery and overcast Dronfield today to take part in the annual 10K and Fun Race.
It was the 24th episode of the popular event.
Former editor of The Star, Sheffield and current local mayor Alan Powell was at the start line in Pentland Road, Dronfield Woodhouse to see off the entrants, as was Chelsea and England footballer Gary Cahill.
Both events raise funds for 7th Dronfield Scouts and a host of charities.
Last year, the event was won by Michael Tanner of Sheffield RC with a time of 33:46.
Today's runners included 40 employees and friends of Whittam Cox Architects of Carrwood Rd, Chesterfield. They were fund-raising for Ashgate Hospice and Bluebell Wood.
Dronfield Henry Fanshawe School Sixth Form members were also taking part to raise money for the Archer Project.
