Yobs who slashed car tyres in Sheffield hunted by police

Police are trying to track down these two suspects after yobs caused a spate of damage to car tyres in Sheffield.

Tyres on cars in the Richmond Road area of Handsworth were damaged on Friday, January 22.

And vandals also damaged car tyres in the Old Retford Road area on Saturday, January 16, and Sunday, January 17.

Police are treating the incidents as linked.

A police spokesman said: “Following extensive enquiries in the area, officers investigating the matter have now released a CCTV image of two men they would like to speak to in connection with the incidents.

“While we appreciate the image might not be of the best quality, officers are hoping it will jog someone’s memory who may have seen something suspicious in the area.

“Did you see anything suspicious? Do you know who the men in the CCTV image could be?”
