Yorkshire to visit Tickhill
TICKHILL Cricket Club will be in their best whites when they welcome Yorkshire County Cricket Club to their Alderson Drive ground on Thursday, August 30.
The county team are regular visitors to Tickhill and in past years the club has staged successful benefit matches for Richard Lumb, Geoffrey Boycott, Steve Oldham and Chris Silverwood.
Just like last year the match this time will raise money for the Yorkshire Cricket Academy at Headingley.
Wickets are pitched at 1pm and the match is again being sponsored by The Ultimate Bathroom Company.
