Davey cup tie revival hopes
Davey was left scratching his head and coming to terms with his side's performance in the season's opening fixture. He admitted: "They caved in after the second goal."
He added: "I intend to play my strongest team in the league cup game. The players were prepared but when they go over that white line they are on their own.

Davey will be hoping that this was a one off blip and not a taster of what will happen over the rest of the season. Confidence grows by the inch but is destroyed by the foot and Davey will be hoping there is no hangover from Saturday when after a bright start they were second best by the end of the game. With a game coming so soon there is little time to dwell on Saturday's defeat.
A concern for Davey is the number of goals that come from set pieces. Coventry opened their account on Saturday through a free kick.
But Davey is hoping to add at least one more player this week and possibly two.
