Millers end Jacobs move
ROTHERHAM United have decided not to sign on-trial defender Kyle Jacobs.
Manager Mark Robins promised the youngster, formerly with Oldham and Bangor City, a decision at the end of the week.
Jacobs, recommended by Robins’s old Manchester United teammate Clayton Blackmore, has been with the Millers a few weeks and played in the 1-1 draw at Belper.
Rotherham’s new goalkeeper,, 19-year-old Steve Cann, could play in this afternoon’s friendly with Hartlepool.
Millers hold their open oay at Millmoor tomorrow from 10am.
