Fleck has missed United's last three games after hurting his back on international duty with Scotland, while French striker Mousset is yet to feature this campaign after suffering damage to his toe in pre-season.
Both men are "back on the grass", in Chris Wilder parlance, which the United manager admits is a "great boost" for both him and the Blades.

"We're okay in terms of health," Wilder said at his pre-match press conference this morning.
"It was really good to see John and Lys back on the grass this week.
"It's a great boost for everyone, me included, to have those two nearing a return to involvement with the first team.

"John's in a better place than Lys, because of the manner of the injury, but who knows?
"Fingers crossed they'll be in better condition come the back of the international break, and pushing for a return."
Despite a stop-start season in 2019/20, Mousset finished as United's joint top scorer following his move from AFC Bournemouth while Fleck has been one of the club's most influential players since joining from Coventry in the League One days.
