Sheffield United learn Liverpool plan to make changes for their visit to Anfield
Sixteen-year-old Harvey Elliott, who reportedly attracted interest from Paris St Germain and Real Madrid before swapping Fulham for the North-West in July, is among those Jurgen Klopp has placed on stand-by ahead of the fixture.
“Fresh legs have always helped us since we have changed a little bit more frequently,” Klopp, the Liverpool manager, said. “You always see the boys come in on fire.”

Hide AdKlopp, who admitted his team were fortunate to beat United when they travelled to Bramall Lane earlier this term, could also utilise the likes of Divock Origi and Xherdan Shaqiri.
“We have to make changes and we will,” Klopp said, after criticising the number of games English clubs are forced to play over the Christmas and New Year period.
