Asked about selection he said: “Every player in the squad has the right to play whether they're 19 or 32. I don't look back. It's not about young or old - it's about how you perform.”
St Pauli are now four matches without a win since their late 1-0 victory over Nuremberg the first week back after the league’s suspension.
Speaking after Friday evening’s defeat, Luhukay said: “All in all, Bochum deserved to win because we never really got going and struggled to carve out any opportunities.”
