Backing for cricket lads
ECKINGTON Under 13s cricket club has been hit for six by the generosity of a Sheffield optician.
Specsavers at Crystal Peaks kitted out the team with tracksuit jackets to wear while preparing for their weekly matches.
Tom Dawson, Eckington Cricket Club captain, said: “It’s great for the lads to be wearing the same training tops as they see themselves as a real team.”
