After being the talk of the town for most of 2019, The OEC finally opened its doors on the November 14, joining two of Sheffield’s best attractions to create The Owlerton Experience, and bring a new lease of life to the city’s night scene.

The OEC team has been planning an array of Christmas party and tribute nights for a truly remarkable experience, making sure guests get a warm Yorkshire welcome and first-class service.

The OEC has something to offer everyone, with party nights starting at just £25 per person and is available to book for groups of any size, even up to 500 guests. Their festive nights promise to be packed with mouth-watering cuisine, live entertainment and disco fun and with Napoleons located next door, it’s sure to be a night to remember.

The stunning venue will also be hosting an unmissable New Year’s Eve celebration that is planned to perfection. Set to bring in 2020 with a gastronomical bang, serving an incredible six-course dinner, live band and resident DJ, you are guaranteed to be dancing your way into the New Year. Book here.

Since opening its doors, the positive feedback received for the food and service showcased at The OEC has been phenomenal. Head chef, Sam Lindsay, known to many from his time at Baldwins Omega, has devised some of the finest menus Yorkshire has to offer. Venue director Gary Cook is well known for his previous role at Chesterfield Football Club which saw him launch the new £15m stadium, and host numerous international games and big-name concerts, including Elton John and Tom Jones.

An array of sporting legends and tribute dinner nights have already been lined up for 2020, including Madness, George Michael, and 80s night and an evening with Sir Ian Botham.

Boasting a capacity for up to 500 guests, The OEC is one of the largest licenced Wedding venues in Yorkshire. Couples planning to tie the know can come and see what the venue has to offer at the first Wedding Showcase on Tuesday, January 21, 5pm-7pm where you can have a tour, meet the team, enjoy a complimentary glass of Ginsecco and some delicious canapés.
