We’ve tracked down the 14 tips you NEED in lockdown, from the people who usually take care of it all for us...
9. Don't keep anxiety inside - speak out
"Each day is a new day, so when your head is foggy and whirring with anxiety, stay grounded, and be mindful," says Sophie Mei, of the MamaMei lifestyle blog.
"Take each day at a time to make it more manageable, and focus on positive affirmations.

10. Have a process, and set daily goals
"This is a tough time for everyone, but the ability to overcome and adapt is in your hands," says South Yorkshire personal trainer, Chris Chapman.
"A process and a timetable is good; get up at the same time, set yourself daily tasks, and keep yourself mentally and physically strong and fit." Photo: .
11. Stay hydrated, and keep healthy snacks around the house
Drink plenty of water, and snack on things like carrots, fruit, and rice cakes," says health and wellbeing coach, Bekki Youell, of Be You Bekkiyouell.co.uk
"The best tip to remember, if you feel hungry, is to have a drink before you reach for the food, as you maybe thirsty rather than hungry." Photo: .
12. Caring for your teeth like a pro
"Be sure to brush teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and spit out, no rinsing," says South Yorkshire dentist, Dr William Tai.
"Try to limit your sugar intake, and stick to plain water or milk between meals.
"If you have pain from your teeth, you can try painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen, clove oil (dabbed onto the tooth), a salt water rinse, or an anaesthetic gel like Orajel from the chemist.
"If you still have problems which are not managed by the above, or worsening symptoms - facial swelling, trouble breathing, trouble swallowing - phone your dentist, or 111, for advice." Photo: .
