We’ve tracked down the 14 tips you NEED in lockdown, from the people who usually take care of it all for us...
13. Stretch out daily - and get outside if you can
"Try to do some exercise outside each day, if possible, to help clear your mind, whether it's a walk , a jog , run, cycle, or scooter with the kids," says health and wellbeing coach, Bekki Youell, of Be You Bekkiyouell.co.uk
"Don't put too much stress on yourself to workout like a body circuit everyday, be kind and set your own goals.
"Using the stairs in the house is a good idea - challenge yourself to 50, then 75, then 100.
"Ten minutes of stretching in the morning is great to stretch out your spine, back, arms, legs, and neck, ready for the day." Photo: .
14. Home workouts have boomed in isolation
"Fitness and wellbeing are crucial during this time," says Sue Williams, of SWIFT Body Solutions in South Yorkshire.
"Although we are encouraged to go outdoors and exercise, many of us are wary due to social distancing, and so home workouts have boomed.
"A lot of fully qualified instructors are offering Zoom classes, which guarantee proper technique and allow interaction with others.
"The more effectively you take exercise on board, the more conscious you are too of your nutrition. "Stay safe. Stay in. Save lives. Enhance yours." Photo: .
